Farming

Farming

We started with just four acres of farmland and scaled to 1,500 acres in four years across the state of Colorado. We are excitedly anticipating getting another 1,500 acres up and running in Puerto Rico in 2020. Our team of professional growers and breeders has labored over this land, cultivating not only impressive hauls of hemp, but industry-leading knowledge and best farming practices. We’ve been there since the beginning, starting to collect data and master varietal characteristics during the inaugural 2020 State of Colorado Medical Cannabis Program. We experimented with different soil types, planting practices, cultivation techniques and harvesting methods. We shifted to Industrial Hemp in 2014, always focused on how to maximize our yields while obsessively working to stay compliant with approved seed and plant lists across state lines.

We now work closely with government offices, legal teams, Departments of Agriculture and numerous farmers across various states, sharing our experience with farmers interested in the opportunity to add an exciting new rotational crop to their repertoire. Our farming staff specializes in developing annual plans that cover crops, soil tests, water supply pH, planting of seed or plantlets, irrigation techniques, planting depth and seasonal timing, weed suppression, field monitoring for males and Department of Agriculture inspections and compliance. We are assisting and advising farming clients in Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, California and Texas for 2020. If you’re interested in being out next cooperative farming member, please get in touch!
